Name: Eleonora Largo
Nickname(s): Ellie, El
Age: 35
Gender: Female
Affiliation: Head of Gene Co.
Personality: Eleonora is rather similar to her father, Luigi. Not only is she stubborn, abrasive, and power-hungry, she also has a hair-trigger temper and a penchant for causing bodily harm to her employees. She does not curse as much as her father since she finds it improper and un-ladylike, but she can easily dismember a person verbally. Because of her lust for power, she has no qualms stepping on those who get in her way. She has climbed to the top through rather crooked methods (including having her competitors offed), but sees no problem with this. She is not a very nice woman, and is extremely jaded concerning the world around her and the people inhabiting it. For her, being the head of Gene Co. is a way to change the world to fit her own design. Like her uncle Pavi and aunt Amber, she is extremely vain and is constantly getting surgery to fix her perceived imperfections. As much as she dislikes scalpel sluts and Zydrate addicts, she constantly needs surgery and Zydrate herself. When she doesn't get her way, she often throws fits, and at least one person gets injured. She likes to pretend that she is of Rotti's refined calibur, but the facade falls off once she is angered. Still, she is rather proud.
Family: Luigi is her father.
Character Likes: Power, money, organs, surgery, Zydrate, weapons, good-looking men
Character Dislikes: Scalpel sluts, Z addicts, those below her in social standing, prostitutes, the uneducated
Appearance or Pictures: Eleonora is tall and thin, with sharp cheekbones and a long face. She has somewhat slanted eyes and a thin nose, although the latter has changed shape over the years. She is slender and pale, with long brown hair that she usually keeps in a high pony tail or bun. Usually she wears the trademark pinstripe suit that her father was known for (among other things), although she sometimes mixes it up and wears black business clothes instead. She has long legs and does not mind showing them off in tighter pants or a short skirt. She's pretty, but nothing remarkable. Usually she's frowning and is almost always standing in some defensive, almost masculine way. She likes to assert her power via body language.
Background: She was an accident. Luigi had thought the dumb broad could not get pregnant, so he went ahead and did his thing. Her mother found out she was pregnant a few weeks after her one night stand with Luigi, and forced her way into Gene Co. to tell him. He nearly killed her, but Amber saw an opportunity and had her eunuch valets interfere. The pregnancy went well and Eleonora was born perfectly healthy, but neither of her parents wanted her. In an act of social grace, Amber took the baby and raised her at Gene Co., much to Luigi's chagrin. Eventually he started looking after her, teaching her what she would need to become a good Gene Co. employee. What he did not realize was that Amber was grooming her to be her heir, since she did not want to have children herself. Eleonora exceeded all their expectations, though, and took the throne of Gene Co. without any issue.
Roleplay Sample: She had heard every name in the book, every petty insult meant to demean her character. In the end, those who were jealous of her, those who hated her, and those who were indifferent all learned to fear and respect her. She was Eleonora Largo, the one Largo who could actually fill Rotti's shoes, and she ruled Gene Co. in a strict Machiavallian example. She sat in her grandfather's office, wearing some of that gold jewelry he had kept stowed away, and watched the many remaining inhabitants of the city slink about in the dark and misty alleys. It was quiet without her family, but the city itself was quieter; the new, stronger epidemic had wiped a good portion of the population off the planet again, and Gene Co. was nearly left in ruins. She had risen up, like a savior, like a benevolent goddess, and given them all a chance to live. It had taken some rather undiplomatic maneuvers and a few displays of public contempt, but they listened to her now. They even allowed the constant surveillance, although only one knew how truly big the eye upon the insects was.
(By the way, for the RP sample, I'm just using an idea I had for the RP plot so that we can knock out the Largos and Shilo. I'll flesh it out [harharhar] in the correct thread.)
