Now, each forum needs staff. Each staff member has a specific duty. The admins, as you know, do everything. Unfortunately, each forum usually only has 1 or 2 admins, and 2 people cannot run a site by themselves. Global Moderators are on the rung directly beneath the admins. They can approve character profiles, moderate the cbox, and moderate the rest of the forum. Global Moderators can temporarily ban people and suspend accounts. Forum Moderators keep track of the out of character boards. They can sticky threads, bump threads, moderate polls, and make sure the out of character rules are enforced. Roleplay Moderators control the in character threads. They can do everything the Forum Moderators do, except they do it in the in character boards. They make sure the in character rules are enforced. They can also accept profiles.
